I took a couple of days to get my mask, in and out due to a small queue of rogues and bards needing their mask and a general lack of players going after the assassin, but never met anything which could see through my hide skill other than the assassin. As long as you take the shortest route from Upper Guk to the Ass/Sup room, you should be fine.

Speaking of sneaking; taking a rogue naked into Chardok is a fun adventure. The current version of hide/sneak (not sure whether that is pre- or post-fix) is so effective that it feels like cheating. There are a fair few mobs marked as 'see hide' in the wiki, but nowhere near as many as can see invisible and half of those mobs cannot actually see through hide. Generally, unless it can backstab or use stealth, it's almost certainly not going to see a hidden rogue.
