• Two, Erudite in this context is a proper noun and therefore capitalized.
• Three, Politi are police in Denmark and maybe another one of those frozen ass countries in northern Europe, not Russia.
• Four, Russian police cars have writing in Cyrillic.
• Five, there is no "L" in the Cyrillic alphabet. The letter closest is EL which looks like the symbol for pi.
• Six, police in Russia are politsiya, which would again be written out in Cyrillic.
