As we all know, many of the items were upgraded today. North ToV loot finally got the upgrades we all knew were coming. Add to that ToV quest upgrades, Tormax upgrades. . .So you're probably thinking, Wow, that 4 tear quest was finally solved then!

Almost all the upgrades happened that patch and that patch alone. The october patch added more monk weapons, upgraded 2 handers, and added things like the shitty rogue 14/21 dagger:
