Holo can't pvp, they do have the numbers tho. Remember when Nihilum inner core took a break for diablo. The state of the server, Azrael got sow swords and vp loots for the first time, ever. When Nizze was on vacation and Willian was running the show. Holo is a mess but with current resist system and Azrael not in its Prime. Somethings gotta give.
