The Class C/R/FFA was how it was negotiated. Class C got to keep exclusive rights to 6 VP mobs, which you are conveniently leaving out. The player-made rotation in Class R was an agreement among players... the dissolution of the rotation returns the raid scene back to the original vision. Nothing has changed for Class C.
You're also conveniently leaving out the fact that Class C has two guilds in it, and Class R has ELEVEN guilds in it. And you're also conveniently leaving out the fact that eventually all the mobs that are Class R and FFA will eventually flip to Class C for a particular spawn, thus evening out over the long run this contrived imbalance of which you're taking a snapshot.
