So killing someone shows your zone and anyone can /who all You and come at you, since YT should be announcing that you are looking for PVP, essentially.
Makes the server wide message purposeful and impactful. Again, would grow both PVP and PVE slightly with ability to /who all when you need a tank.
Not everyone pays attention to ooc as an LFG tool, especially when it's used as the global troll and trade channel, makes it tough to use for anything else usually.

People already know the levels of people just by knowing the community or zone the fight happened in. I don't think much would change if you could see someone's level/class with /who. It would help gankers scan zones quicker since they would know if someone was in range right away. It would help with leaderboards since Jeremy could assign different points for kills depending on level.
I don't see how it would change any 50+ dynamic. If anything it might help a few people find groups sub 50 if they are someone who just really didn't like to read /ooc..... but if someone is looking for a group and not utilizing /ooc they are probably retarded and you don't want to group with them anyways.
