Quite a few in Velious (really could barely stand that expansion):
- Sleeper's Tomb
- Plane of Mischief
- Western Wastes: only to pass through on way to ToV
- Dragon Necropolis
- Cobalt Scar: only to pass through on way to ToV
- Skyshrine: only to turn in stuff for quests
- Crystal Caverns: I think only once or twice

Me too... wasnt as epic as Kunark, no new level cap or added race/class...new raids were good but I thought Luclin to be the new groundbreaker after Kunark, as much as it gets slandered and beaten up by the community here
