At lvl 5-7 go to innothule and start killing stuff right inside/outside guk. You can get to 12-14 there solo pretty easily, at which point you should look for a party there or in oasis.

This. Use Uguk zone as escape path. Plenty of frogs to kill in swamp just outside
UGuk zone in, including the two little froggie guards. Get a couple levels there, then
move inside UGuk and pull to zone-in or get a group going there.
