Where did Colgate's AoN come from ? I dont recall Azrael awarding him one ?

Why does Gyno always joke about AoN's and RMT and have several AoN's, despite having never been awarded one by Nihilum ?
When did Vanco obtain an AoN ? I don't recall Red Dawn acquiring any, nor Nihilum awarding him one in his 3 days played on whistler.
