Velious may help this with so much content existing that multiple guilds can take raid mobs, and then PVP randomly over specific things for fun - while still progressing.
Here you have to take on Holo straight up to progress, and that won't happen - we dropped Hosh in like 10 seconds, this guild will probably clear NTOV day 1.
