I was honest about not having created the character and was denied, felt like being locked out of heaven lol. I'm coming back to the game now and figured I'd check and see if this rule was still in place.
I was told the same thing when I first applied (to level up an alt) but I believe the minimum requirement was 46 or something? I wasn't sure I could stomach the grind from scratch again back then and I doubt I'd make it now unfortunately.
