That is still basically correct. We generally do not accept any application that has had a history of showeq, bans, RnFs, or one that was traded / sold.
By and large this occurs, because we place a high value on a character's reputation, and we cannot be assured of that individual's reputation when the account has been purchased.
IF you really think Divinity is the guild for you (and I do appreciate your interest) then you could level up an account and apply with that toon as your main.
