If you have two level 55s in two months on Red, you either get PLed, transferred a lot of money from blue, or you play far too much Everquest. Not casual. XP bonus is nice, but not absurd, especially if you factor in low population (actually finding groups), griefers, etc.

Maybe you are just bad at this game. Going from levels 20-40 is very fast on red. With a full group in Mistmoore you get 4-6% exp a kill. I have a 54 ogre sk, and 55 dwarf rogue in two months. And i haven't exped in two weeks. I've transferred over about 50k from blue, so about 17k worth of items on red.
I am not trolling anything. I play with a handful of BDA members/officers and they agree and endorse everything i've posted in this thread. They want the same things as me, for their blue friends to acknowledge and accept how fun and even better red is, compared toblue
