Bout 6 or 7 months later than I figured this would happen. I sincerely hope you folks manage to eventually blow up the class C/R system completely. Maybe then we can get some real improvements instead of that band-aid. Course the way I figure, if you're starving, it's a bit silly to fight with other starving folks over some scraps when a couple of fat cats are hogging most everything. Perhaps P1999 needs its own version of the french revolution. Still, it has to start somewhere.
