Default Dmg Bonus
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I recall dmg bonus on weapons being calculated by level and delay.

Just wondering why my Kisch Der Pavz has the same dmg bonus as my ssoy, while the delay ratio is 14 different. Shouldn't the KDP be closer to Skarlons sword (40 delay) at around 12-13 dmg bonus?
