The ruleset was a failure. How else can you explain the fact that when they combined all the PVP servers into one, not a single SZ specific change was kept intact?
And these population numbers, sheesh. Not even going to argue with you about it because #1 its irrelevant and #2 the population numbers weren't even visible after it is released so there is no possible way to verify it.
And you were long gone to where during the PoP days? WoW? EQ2? Naw.
