2 scoops is 60g, the milk is 8g, peanut butter (2ish tbsp) is about 14g, 4 eggs is 24g plus IGF-1, the bread i eat is fucking LOADED with fiber, and the post workout meal has tons of fiber, too.
also youre a woman and dont know about these things.
