If you want to have preferences, consider large races over other races and leave out necromancers/enchanters since they can already skeleton illusion.

I don't know of any INT casters that wear it main, the negative 100 hp is pretty big. The 13 INT isn't huge when you get to the level of acquiring AoN. I guess they could throw it for MR over
Wolf's Eye Platinum Necklace (+9MR), but if you are facing AEs that deal damage probably don't want to set yourself back on HP.
