I am unguilded, I would like to see humble, and/or limited role-playing guilds who focus on mid-lvl-pvp.
By humble I mean, the guild doesn't promote itself as the next top pvp, top raiding, and/or solution to the current top two to guilds. This is basically the opposite of Suave's arrogant pixel dreams (a variation of pipe dream) and the relentless defense or slander of all yellow text in ooc. That shit is so annoying when it goes beyond "pras".
By limited role playing I mean that the guild recruits based on faction (light / dark / neutral) and pvps based on alignment, but does not require members to say stuff like "Let the Light of Mithaniel Marr banish you evil foe!" or "Me empty, me want eats gnome or halfer for lunch." That just isn't the average red players cup of tea. It's not hard coded, and hard coded teams are not needed to have faction based pvp.
How about a neutral faction guild that acts as a vigilante law enforcement against "toxic" players. IMHO if you are getting "greifed" you are doing something wrong or taking this game way too seriously. However so many new player simply don't read LnS rules and just get upset and quit to quickly. It's unfortunate but whiners are going to whine, so why not try to hold their hands and show them that pvp is good times win or lose. Why rely on rules and petitioning and the limited time of staff? The community should be able to support new players without whining and running to the few folks who care and wield the ban hammers.
Sorry for the wall of text, but that unguilded option about raiding is not my concern nor goal. I would like to see more mid level pvp, since I really do not want to raid, and the 300 population is too few or too focused on end game fantasies for what I see as fun. So there are my 2 cps.

I've played on this server since 2012, played on VZ/TZ emu before that. Admittedly I never played pvp live before the Zek merged server, so I never got to experience faction teams or player enforced rules. I didn't start playing eq until about Luclin.
I love EQ, fucking love it, and I only ever leave because RL doesn't allow me to poopsock everyday all day. If I leave, I will always return at some point as long as this server exists. I don't have a lvl 50+ neckbeard, and there is enough content to satisfy me without raiding.
You all act like you got to rush to the raiding scene to have any fun, and then you bitch and moan when you and your pals ain't getting pixels. All this appears to lead to forum/ooc flame wars, delvled epiced twinks, more rules, and more bans.
Its your whiny neck beards and dick holding that keeps the population growth at a minimum. Everyone settle down, hold hands with your enemies from time to time, its just a 15 year old game after all, stop acting like guild tag means everything, and then we can make this the best Norrath it has ever been.
I motion to start <Precious Little Snowflakes> high elf only guild, wood elves and light class gnomes considered, but I won't be the leader some other white night will have to take that responsibility.
