not hard to blanket ban IPs
also not that hard to figure out whose alts are whose
would also discourage people from sharing account info and cut down on a lot of the stripping/deleting that goes on

again, at the rate people share and have shared, i think i could literally ban 95% of the accounts on the server if we just blanket suspended everything a person logged into when they screw up.
