Nah it was around the luclin era. I think like shortly after luclin released. Halflings could be rangers and paladins, gnomes SK's and Paladins, and I think that was it?
EDIT: it may have been at the end of velious though because I remember selling everything I had when horses came out so I could buy my new halfling paladin a 9k horse. I think it was the beginning of luclin though.
