Hmm..if you're really broke your best bet would be to pick out some cheap +str or +hp jewelry and try to put together a suit of bronze. Also find a cheap weapon that has a decent agro-generating proc. Maybe a gnoll hide lariat?
Apart from that don't stress over gear and just try to group as much as possible. You'll really need a good chunk of money to properly gear a warrior and you won't be in a position to get that money until you hit the mid levels at the earliest.
