Shamans will be healing on and off for most of their days, are you sure you wouldn't prefer to put that fungi on a monk?
My advice would be to head to EK and kill spiders, gorge hounds and the like... maybe South Karana for aviaks and wandering mobs if not.
14 levels of solo in CoM? Highly unlikely with the competition for mobs in there at peak time Orruar, but otherwise a good list!
