If you are referring to the draco wipe yesterday where we had 20 mobs trained into our pull path then i would call that an inevitable wipe. I'm not sure what break-in wipe you are referring to but sometimes you get more mobs that you can handle for various reasons. All raiding guilds wipe from time to time.
