For those of you who might be wondering (since plenty of you asked me about it), I've rescinded my 700k offer because it's taking too long. A number of times throughout the course of this sale I've been convinced that we had a deal, yet it keeps getting extended, so I don't feel like letting my overpay offer stand to be used as bait to fish for a better offer.
