C) Pullers in general, and Monks in particular, tend to be overzealous and keep on pulling regardless of healer mana. Some of them actually believe that faster experience can be made by overpulling and sometimes wiping than by operating in a sane manner. Inferior non-monk classes need to learn to FD, dieing rarely crosses my mind as an option. The monk army shall rise.
But seriously, sometimes people are complaining that you are not chain pulling, other times people are complaining that your not single pulling, it takes a good little while to get the feel of what your group can do and make everyone happy.
