Well im not sure on the exact date kunark came out but if you go to the way back machine and select Apr 07, 2000 and go to "The Gnoll Slayer" quest you will see many posts with dates of months and days (not years) If I am right no posts can be after Apr 07, 2000 using this link from the way back machine.
There are posts on there in December and etc. heres the link
