It appears that the 2HB combat animation is only playing once.

The audio for double attack plays, and the combat log shows two attacks being made, but the attack animation is only playing once. On Live, the 2HB combat animation would play twice for double attacks.

I confirmed with another player and they only see me performing 1 attack animation and I watched them use a 2HB with the same result.

On client from first person view, I'm only doing 1 attack animation.

This is without a haste item and haste buff.
