You cannot do a /w on zones, so someone whose name is similar to a zone will not show up. For example I have a magician named Elemental who will not show up and a SK named Nightmare who also would not show up. Elemental for the elemental planes in PoP and Nightmare based on PoNightmare also from PoP.
