Understanding this is wasted advice most likely;
stop bullying people. People are not joining your guild because you grief them out of a camp. You shitting on a lvl 40 doesn't scare or entice them to join your guild.
I know you've tried hard and the above hasn't turned out to be true, so I hope your leadership combined has the brainpower to grasp this concept.
Its hilarious, people keep saying "3 guilds would be awesome", while their faggotry encourages 0 guilds.
