Backstabbing and swapping weapons
I went back a few pages I saw a post similar with foraging and pickpocket but not backstabbing.
If you are using a non piercing weapon on the main hand (or holding anything, items, weapons, drinks, food.. on the cursor), and you just swap a piercer for backstabbing but keep the spare weapon on the cursor, eventually it bugs out and all abilities freeze, meaning you're not able to press any abilities until you log off.
