It's only his opinion. He prefers dating/marrying latinas. So what? You're too quick to throw the word "racism" around, like most people these days. It's disheartening. I still consider it more of a cultural preference in this case, but whatever.
I didn't see any hate speech from him directed at any particular race. People who are racist either believe their own race is superior to all, or they're self-haters that are racist against their own race group. He even thinks
all women are beautiful.
