Default Bregan D`Aerth to Class R
Based on completion of the conditions laid out in this thread (http://www.project1999.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=171352), Bregan D`Aerth is now considered a Class R guild.

Their status on the raid page will be updated after i untie and release Rogean from my basement.
