Have you tried giving your computer a cold restart? (Don't go to Restart in the start menu, actually turn it off for 30 seconds, then start it back up.)
If that doesn't work, what OS are you using? And you're sure you have not installed, modified or downloaded anything between the time it was working properly and now?
