Does anyone really think the Eric Garner situation would have been different if he was white? Cops are assholes regardless of skin color. The difference is that when a white person gets a little police brutality, he thinks "what an asshole". When a black person gets a little police brutality, he thinks "what a racist". Since it was not technically a choke hold (the victim could speak) it was hard for a Grand Jury to hand down an indictment as it related to the charges. The criminal justice system does work both ways.
As much as you shit house lawyers think you know this was less about police brutality or racism and more about failure of Police Departmental policies.
