Don't say that! But I do agree that this "mob parking" thing is getting way outta hand, too many wannabes exploiting it now...I really hope this is something that can be fixed, it has to be a bug. Also, guineapig is right, the absolute charm lvl cap right now is 51; it's impossible to charm anything higher than that with the spells as they are now.
