Many of the dragons have strong evidence of gate usage before they were rooted and acquired cotz. I'm not suggesting all did, but I know several dragons and trash NPCs should for now.
I'm removing gate from aary because I remember fighting him away from his spawn point, but will need evidence on each of the others from pre-rooted era.
