bump curious if this is how clickies should behave with classic buff stacking
seems like they should be acting like other buffs
more examples:
Monk Epic Fists do not go to top slot when refreshed and open buff slot above is avail
Same with Robe of the Spring
Same with Kunark armor clickies
Seems no clickie buffs act like a normal buff in terms of their stacking behavior, this is probably not correctly tuned.
