Items have gained the ability to be restricted by Deity. If a deity restriction is placed upon an item, it will show when you right-click-and-hold on the item.

There's no evidence of the existence of the deity symbols prior to this date, in any archive. Yeah, some of them are in. One of them was removed. It's not a big priority. The missing quests will likely be added after Kunark.
