try moving the batch file to the same directlory. That worked for me and a few others people having your same problem. I think it was posted a page or two back.
For future reference, an easy way to troubleshoot what's going wrong with your script is to add a pause command after the first few lines. Then when you run the batch file you can see what lines are giving errors or not functioning properly.
I'm pretty sure you will find that when you run the script, the directory is not being found and that's why the script finishes so quickly.
