From these screenshots I can see that shaman spells cost a ton of mana and Ragnaros should pick his battles more carefully

P.S. Of all the things i could say about Rag he is a solid pvper and unlike some people he has a pair of balls, he doesn't hide behind a wall of warm bodies to spare himself a death.
