I remember getting into a lot of trouble for using the word "sucks" in school.
It got really popular in the Beavis and Butthead era, and in our defense, it was just a word that meant something was "crappy." Most of us didn't realize that we were actually saying that something was fellating someone else's genitals.
Today, news broadcasters say "suck" all the time, and I even saw a commercial the other day with a CHILD saying it to describe something bad.
"Dumbass" is even less offensive than "sucks"
