Due to alcohol and bad judgment a year or so again i ruined my RV faction. However, I have been attempting to fix this by turning in bandages for quest and by farming the gorge of king Xorbb for faction hits, primarily to storm reapers, as I am a Druid and I need this for Epic. Everyone else in RV now is either amiable or apprehensive, however, the storm reapers are still scowling, and by my count I have pulled the entire gorge at last 8 times or more at an average of 30 mobs per pull, sometimes more which should have equaled a faction fix of at least 2400 and according to this chart

and the wiki stating that the mobs in the gorge give a faction bonus of 10 per kill, I should be at least dubious on the storm reapers.
