There are 3 spawn spots in Frenzy room and commonly a bloodthirsty ghoul will spawn there. He hits max for 116, and hits fast. He's really deadly but doesn't have mad hp's like the ghoul lord. Out of those 3 spots either a regular ghoul frog, the frenzied, or a bloodthirsty can spawn.

1. This guy has 3 PH's, and has the ability (though extremely rare)to have all 3 pop a frenzied ghoul.
2. Should this happen, bend over, put your head between your legs, and kiss your *** goodbye.
3. In most cases a Bloodthirsty Ghoul, Dar or Wan, or a Kor wizard will spawn in its place.
4. The spawn is THIRTY minutes, the same as ALL of Lower Guk.
5. It's 30 minutes, trust me on this one.
6. Frenzy is about level 46, hits for 120's, and it goes insane (frenzied, even) when it has the Sash.

Basicly this is what I also remember as a cleric during classic, BT is should be a semi rare and frenzy a rare spawn,
BT should NOT spawn everytime and only frenzy rare.
I spent alot of time in LGuk as a cleric in the old days.
