Interesting, does this work if someone charms him? Are those three factions enough to get you not Kos by anyone in Neriak? Like I could make a high elf paladin and stroll around neriak? Not alot of function, but there something pleasing about the idea.

I think they recently changed it so that you don't get faction hits from quests if the turn-in guy is charmed.
