Nirgon, Cappa, and Murda - holo's top 3 Wizards
Nirgon does a lot of the administration and human resources behind being logged into Norrath; has a VP key
Cappa has a VP key
Murda no VP key
Thats why Cappa and Nirgon got Epic staff first 2/3. Murda was next, whats the big deal? He knew it, we knew it, every other wizard knew it...
As for the Myrlo legs comment, Dongshow was fully stripped minus droppables, also his other characters were fully stripped (for the most part) to gear up and help level people such as Eddard, Chuckslaw, Incognito, etc... most of these people had 0 items to their names and still didn't take the first few drops of needed slots to reimburse Dongshow's original items.
