Shit gets expensive. your avg felony lawyer will run you about 5 grand per felony to get you off with probation for minor offenses, you take a plea deal and you get it bumped down to misdameanor. This is the avg white person shit.
If you want that real shit, that all charges dropped because some kinda procedural bullshit. thats gonna cost you the 5 grand and an extra 20 grand.
You're lawyer is getting that 5 grand only, i don't know where the other 20 goes but i imagine its to the judge. (have never tested this theory against anything other then fleeing and eluding/resisting arrest/possession charges).
I doubt it works for anything serious like huge criminal.
i currently have no felony charges, just a shit ton of misdemeanor shit that i took plea deals on. If you need a lawyer in the west palm beach area let me know. my ***** ralph the bomb.
