All rangers get sneak (level ten?). Wood Elves get hide from the start (instead of 25?).
Note neither halfling nor ranger hide/sneak doesn't work same as rogue (unless it is a Halfling rogue that is below the normal rogue level for attaining the hide/sneak combo).
