Goblins in Lake Rathe., deepwater, aqua and the net masters..

before patch didn't shoot arrows. now they shoot arrows at me non stop. even while running toward me. i was able to root them and get out of range, but was not even able to get many dmg spells on them while they constantly shoot arrows at me and interrupting 4/5 spells

just doesn't seem right.. either the speed or the fact that the do it all the time even when running toward you. they are too stupid to be that tactical !
