Slow not affecting melee speed
Slow isn't affecting the melee speed of a bunch of mobs I've been trying to solo recently... undead dwarf skeleton mob in icewell, devourer spider in Velk's, another shaman told me it wasn't doing anything in DN (not sure what mobs he was fighting).
